lived in our home for 39 years. All our children had
been born and raised there. It was "home"
in its truest sense. But, as new retirees, we wondered
what we should do for the future. We contemplated
improving on our home but also wondered if we should buy
a new one. We finally decided to call Karla and seek
her advice. We knew her to be honest and helpful,
and believed we could trust her with this mountainous decision.

All of the inaccuracies & questions were reserached
carefully before the actual closing so that our closing
could be successful. As we proceeded through the process
of selling our home, we so appreciated Karla's encouragement
& optimism every step of the way.

shares her story.....
I was a woman who
was in desperate need of some help. I had prayed to God
every night to grant me the strength to deal with the large
mountain that I would have to climb in my near future.
Little did I know that God chose to answer my prayer by
sending me Karla. She is my guardian angel! I had found
her through the grace of God. I had dealt with another
realtor in the purchasing of the home that I am now attempting
to sell. I would have to say that, that was the worst experience
that I have ever had. He had given me no communication,
completing tasks my self that the realtor should have done
only in the interest of keeping the process rolling, I found
myself completing.
The market at this
time is a buyers market and I was looking at a rough road
ahead to get this property taken care of. In my initial
meeting with Karla, there was no question that she was the
one for me. I had gone in very skeptical due to my prior
experiences, and left with very high hopes. She had given
me such words of comfort and of encouragement. I should
give a very brief description of the home. It was a centennial
home that had some remodeling done before I had purchased
the property. This was completed by the previous owner’s
relative so the workmanship could leave something to be
desired. I had then attempted to continue with the remodeling
but in the proper way. I had nearly completed doing the
Kit/Dr when the home needed to be sold. The prospective
buyer had an inspection completed on the house and the report
was 11 pages long with issues that ranged from top to bottom.
After viewing this report, I thought that I was done for.
She started right
away helping in ways that I could only hope for, not only
with the business that we had to deal with, but also my
personal situation. I have never had someone work so hard
for me. She had made several phone calls to my mortgage
company which was in the process of foreclosing on this
property so you can only imagine the cooperation that they
were willing to give in this situation. Due to the inspection,
there were multiple calls that were needed to the buyer’s
agent to come to an agreement as to what I was willing to
give. Karla stuck to her guns and I was/am still very happy
with the way that everything turned out.
Long story short
Karla and I were able to sell the home in 6-9 months which
is unheard of in this market. I could not thank Karla enough
for the time and effort that she had to put into this property.
From the phone calls to the showings to the dealing with
the mortgage company.
I will use no other
realtor for the duration of my home buying/selling phase.
I cannot say one
bad thing about my experience with Karla, and her husband
who went in to the lions den to obtain signatures that were
needed for this process to keep going.
You
